We know from previous shows that some of you have problems either getting onto the show or while you're listening when we're live.

This can be for many reasons, for example different media players, browsers, operating systems and so on. So below are some suggestions on how you might get round some of these problems. If you still have no joy email us or for a quicker response, chat to us via Skype when we're broadcasting.

How to listen

Click on the latest poster on the hompage and this will automatically open up your default media player, something like Windows Media Player, iTunes or Winamp. If that doesn't work try clicking here.

If neither of those work, visit www.shoutcast.com and enter 'sweet radio' into the search box. In the results you will see us near the top, then you can click on the 'tune in' button.

We're only live when the 'On Air' image below the animated turntable above is glowing red.

We've recently discovered that if you experince 'drop-outs' and your computer is trying to 're-buffer' then your computer is working too hard. All you need to do is close any applications you're not using and especially any that are using the internet.

We're doing some maintenance on the site at the moment - the downloads page will be back up soon along with some extra features. In the meantime most of our sets can be found at...
